Tuesday, Dec 3: 16.5 km
Wednesday, Dec 4: 14 km
Thursday, Dec 5: 15 km
Friday, Dec 6: 18.5 km with Mike (4:47/km average pace)
Saturday, Dec 7: 6 km (4:25/km average pace)
Sunday, Dec 8: OFF
Weekly mileage: 80 km
