I’m going to do it again! This time I’m riding from Toronto to Niagara Falls (the Classic). The phrase “isn’t there a longer one?” popped into my head when I was registering, and lo and behold, YES! there is a longer route!
This time around I am going to train for the ~225km journey. I’ve also set my fundraising goal at $3000.
In 2012, the money I raised went to supporting Breast Cancer Research and treatments. My 2015 funds will go to Leukemia research.
Please, please, please; I encourage you to donate $20 (one dinner out, or a week of coffee) to support my ride. If you cannot give of your finances, I ask you to give of yourself; join the onematch.ca database, and donate blood every 56 days
Not only will I raise $3000 for Cancer Research, AND cycle 225km from Toronto to Niagara Falls in 2 days with roughly 6000 other people, I pledge to donate blood 6 times between now and my ride. Who’s IN?!

Tuesday, Dec 3: 16.5 km
Wednesday, Dec 4: 14 km
Thursday, Dec 5: 15 km
Friday, Dec 6: 18.5 km with Mike (4:47/km average pace)
Saturday, Dec 7: 6 km (4:25/km average pace)
Sunday, Dec 8: OFF
